About private label.
What is the minimum order quantity for private label?
Private-label runs start from 4 drums of oil converted to finished products ( approximately 10 000 units), covering formulation, encapsulation in softgel or hardgel, and packaging under your brand. Smaller trial volumes can be discussed; contact us with your target product and volume.
What is the lead time?
A typical private-label project runs about 8-12 weeks from brief to finished, consumer ready B2C product, depending on formulation complexity, capsule type, and packaging. Sampling happens earlier so you can approve the product before the full run.
Softgel or hardgel?
Both. We encapsulate marine oil as softgels (the standard for liquid oils) and offer hardgel formats where a formulation calls for it. The choice depends on your product positioning, dose, and target market; we advise on the right format during formulation.
Can you manufacture under our brand from day one?
Yes. The finished product, capsule, label, and packaging, ships under your brand, not ours. Arctic Nutra refines the oil and manufactures the product; the brand and its market claims are yours.
Do you handle regulatory documentation?
We provide the ingredient-level documentation a brand needs to support its own regulatory work: Certificates of Analysis, specifications, and oxidation and heavy-metal data per lot. Health claims and finished-product compliance in your market remain the brand owner's responsibility.
